Quality and Food Safety Policy

The food safety and quality policy of the company “TSATSAKIS SA” consists in principle of the complete satisfaction of our customers regarding the safety and quality of our bake products.

We, the management and employees of the company TSATSAKIS SA, we are focused to our continuous improvement and we are committed to the following objectives:

  1. The fully implementation and continuous improvement of our IFS Food safety and Quality system.
  2. The continuous training of our staff to ensure a high level of expertise about food safety and product quality.

  4. The demanding selection of our suppliers.

  5. The environmental protection through our continuous production and hygiene improvement (GMP & GHP).

  6. The documentation and monitoring of the company’s quality and food safety targets provided by each department.
